I bought this conditioner to use in combination with Essano's Coconut Hydrating Shampoo and just hated it. It seemed so promising. It has a thick, luxurious feel in the hand and a pleasant faint coconut aroma that smells entirely natural. I used it for a few months and ended up very unhappy. My hair looked like a haystack after each washing and seemed to get dirty almost immediately. I think the main culprit was the shampoo, since I did not apply the conditioner to the hair roots. But the conditioner, at a minimum, did absolutely nothing to mitigate the bad effects of the shampoo and may have made things worse. I can't recommend this product. I would stay away from it no matter what your hair type is. After several months of use I still had most of a bottle and opted to throw it out rather than try giving it to a friend or family member.
